Why should I join your team?
My goal is to change the lives of women just like you and me all over the world.
I want to help you build your own business and help you become financially secure, take your family on holidays, buy a new car, purchase a new home what ever it is, I want to help you achieve it!
What do you offer me as a Team Member?
Members of my team get ongoing training and support from me and my Upline through Facebook groups, videos, emails and messages.
If you are local, I will hold your first Open House for you to help you kickstart your business! If you choose to hold Facebook Parties, I can hold your first party for you and also provide you with a script for future parties.
Younique is different from other Party Plan and Direct Sales companies, they rely heavily on social media to do all their marketing. I understand that you may be new to social media so I can help you with ideas and tips to get you out there and marketing your business like a professional.
How much does it cost to join?
The starter kit costs $99 + postage ($99US, $119CA, $139NZ, £69GBP + postage)
Your kit needs to be paid for in full using a credit card when you fill in your Application Form online.
Are there any ongoing costs?
No there are no ongoing fees and no auto ships! Younique even pays for your business website!
Is there a minimum amount I need to spend each month?
To keep your account active you will need to sell or purchase approximately $125 worth of products over a 3 month period. (different for Canada, New Zealand, UK and other countries)
How long does it take to get my kit?
Kits are shipped from the USA and generally take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive.
Do have to build my own Younique Team?
No! This will be your very own business but in order to make the kind of money that people retire on in 3-4 years will require a good, solid team. You will be encouraged to recruit and you can start introducing people to your team the minute you sign up.
How much commission can I make?
You will make a minimum of 20% commission on every order placed with you or through your website. That increases to 25% once you have sold your first $1000 worth of products (not difficult!). If you start building a team you can earn from 25% to 30% of your personal sales plus between 3% and 6% of your teams sales. This is the giant snowball of money you want with a team!
I’d love to join but I don’t have the money!
I hear this all the time and it’s a common concern and my answer is this: “If you really want this you will find a way to come up with the money!” It may sound harsh but it is true and you know what? If you have to work to earn the money to buy the Starter kit, you are already invested in making your business a success, and I know that you will work hard to make your dreams come true
Some ideas to come up with the start up fee are:
– Look around your house for things you don’t use and sell them on eBay or garage sale sites
– Is there something that you are currently paying for that you no longer need, a subscription, a monthly membership etc
– Are there items in the kit you can presell to people, collect the money, order your kit and then deliver to your new customers upon arrival?
The bottom line is... This is a wonderful opportunity to own your very own business for only $99 with very low risk considering no inventory, staff or a building to pay for! You will work your tail off the first year or two to become established and then suddenly everything falls into place! Network marketing is all about persistence and consistency. There will be tons of support along the way. You are in business for yourself but never by yourself!

What in the World is Network Marketing Anyway?!?
If you have never been in direct sales (AKA Network Marketing, AKA Multilevel Marketing AKA MLM), then it can sound like a bunch of crap! The dreaded "pyramid scheme" you've heard about! It could sound too complicated and just getting a regular old-fashioned J-O-B would be easier, but let me explain why network marketing is the best business plan available on the planet, yes the ENTIRE planet!
First let's address the whole pyramid scheme thing...
1.) A legitimate network marketing company does NOT pay reps for recruiting. For example, if you signed up with me to sell Younique, I do not make a dime off of the fact that you paid $99 to join.
2.) The only way to make money in a legitimate network marketing company is to sell products or build and LEAD (not just recruit but train) a team or representatives that do the same.
3.) A legitimate network marketing company will not force you to buy tons of inventory up front!
The simplest explanation of network marketing is a method of marketing products or services using independent representatives to reach customers as opposed to traditional marketing techniques like commercials, magazine ads, brick and mortar stores, etc... In order to accomplish this, representatives recruit individuals to help market their products. What these companies have discovered is that word-of-mouth "advertising" is way more effective and in turn, they can use their Advertising budget to compensate the representatives and believe you me.... THEY COMPENSATE THEM WELL! I think it's the best business model because everyone wins! You are compensated based on how hard you work! When's the last time you were given three or four raises in one year??? Exactly! There is unlimited income potential and everyone wins! The more you train your recruits to do well, the more the company makes and the more everyone is paid! It's the business plan of the future!!
